I have been a customer of blueguard for 5 months. Not only did they install my camera system with little trouble, but as well continue to excel with the few technical issues that I have had. As someone not very comfortable with technical computer issues, I have been well taken care of by blueguard's IT staff. If you want a giant web based company that doesn’t have a phone number or doesn’t answer the number they give you; a company that you send emails and ‘chat’ with their ‘bot’ and leave you in a cue system for days if you call… then BluGuard is not for you! They will address your security needs with personal care, and treat you like most businesses treated people, well, let’s just say a long, long time ago. BluGuard! And don’t look back! Just look at the videos on your phone…

Great products, great service and great assistance. Had several cameras installed and I had a slight problem several weeks later. Operator error more than anything. Eric and crew responded quickly and tweaked the system to my perfered setting. After they left my Wi-Fi worked faster, my TV had more stations and everything was much better than before. It's like they had a magic wand. I am very please and highly recommend them.
